I want to commend one of Knoxville's commercial establishments, namely Alert Transmission & Brake Service, Inc., a Napa AutoCare Center.

My husband and I reside in Largo, Florida. On our way to visit our daughter and her family in Knoxville during the Christmas season, our 1994 Plymouth Voyager van had transmission problems. We brought the ban to Alert Transmission to be checked.

We have just accolades for the General Manger, George Winters. He was extremely honest, courteous, and exuded the "I care" attitude and professionalism that we, as customers, desire.

Today, when superior customer service and professionalism are invaluable, Mr. Winters exemplifies these characteristics and much more. Knoxville is extremely fortunate to have such a reputable commercial establishment and such an honest and caring individual such as Mr. Winters.
